I made a double recipe of these using Hu dark chocolate morsels. I substituted Bob’s Red Mill Old Country Style Muesli for the oats. The muesli has oats, dates, raisins, almonds and a lot of other good stuff. After letting them cool per the instructions, I put them in the freezer so they will last awhile. Yum! Thanks for sharing a “cookie” that has no butter or eggs. I am plant based.
