Another multivore family! Yay! I’m so glad you can use those recipes. For some reason I find it hard to come up with One Dish Two Ways recipes in the summer – we just change up our eating so much this time of year! But I’ve got lots more up my sleeve this fall. 🙂

This sounds so delicious. Also, I’m obsessed with your “one dish two ways” options… Like you, I’m a vegetarian and my husband’s a meat-eater, so I’m constantly searching for meals that will be satisfying for both of us!

Looks yummy! Hint: Try rolling out the puff pastry on the parchment paper and then transfer both to your baking sheet.
