I love this recipe! I found that I have to cook it for 70 minutes in a big loaf pan, but it always turns out and the bread is so moist and delicious! My granny made banana bread on the regular a sometimes it would be so dry! Not this recipe!!! Today I’m trying it with strawberries instead! Wish me luck!

Came out fluffy, soft, moist and delicious. I added 4 large ripen bananas, walnuts and dark chocolate chips.

I’ve seen some recipes that can go without the eggs. Has anyone tried without them? I’m working on some recipes for my vegan cousin.

I made this recipe before when I was dairy free and it’s by far the best!
